Hi everyone hope you all had a good xmas and new year. From the start of this year I've decided that I will need 48 hours notice to cancel or rebook your appointment if under the 48 hours I will be charging 50% of your groom due to a few people cancelling on the day or forgetting there appointments it's not enough time on the day to fill the gaps. I do understand that emergencys do happen and cant be helped but if I can have abit of notice to let people on the waiting list to have your space. There will be a slight Increase to my grooming prices aswel I can let you no when you book prior to me coming out to you. When booking please allow upto 8 week wait i would recommend booking a couple of appointments ahead to avoid disappointment x
