I had a very matted dog today on my Van his fur was felted all over. There was no way this dog was going to go back home looking like a fluffy Teddy bear. Thank goodness my customer realised this and for the health and well being of the dog he had to have a full shave off. If people want a fluffy teddy bear look they have to put a lot of work into brushing inbetween grooms.
