We are so so grateful to have so many kind customers, it just makes our job worth it knowing so many of you appreciate the efforts we put in and the kindness we receive from customers is just lovely, especially during our busiest time of the year. Thank you to everyone who always sends kind words, who write lovely reviews and pass on recommendations in person, who bring us goodies or tip us. We all love our job and the animals we look after ❤️ what a lovely card to receive today 🥰

End of the month photo dump 🥰 July kicked off our busiest period of the year 😃 lots of play and lots of cuddles here at Fairfield’s ❤️

*as a reminder, photos are posted after your pets go home unless they’re in for a long stay. Photos are just what the staff have taken over the past month, just what we can get when we have the time 🐾

When ringing the bell when dropping off or collecting, we require your patience as we can’t always come straight away. It is likely we are doing an important job such as medication, feeding, checking over the animals, cleaning, exercising the dogs or most importantly giving toe-bean massages 🥰

Just some of our dogs enjoying the air conditioning in the dog block this afternoon 🥵. It is very hot but all the dogs have air conditioning in their blocks and cats are also being kept cool and lots of water being given ❤️

Please leave your pets in the car! Do not bring them into reception. Once all booking in is done then they will be taken to their kennel or cat pens. Many thanks

🐾 Customer notice 🐾

If you are sending someone else to drop off your dog or cat, please notify them of all the info we would need. It is important for us to know as much about your pet as possible, including information such as the vet you use, their neuter status, age, if they are up to date with worming and flea treatment, any medication, changes to their health or behaviour and feeding requirements. Medication must come with the prescription label.

As we require the details of an emergency contact (someone who is not a registered owner), you must inform us of any changes to either contact numbers or home addresses so we can update our forms accordingly.

Last day of June and it’s been a hot one! June photo dump🥰

please note, these photos are just what the staff are able to get when we have time. They are uploaded at the end of each month, and when the animals have gone home. Thank you for understanding ❤️

It’s the end of the month which means it’s photo dump time 😍

We don’t always get chance to get photos so our photo dumps are just what we’ve managed to take as and when we get time. The majority of the photos we take are uploaded after the dogs have gone home, unless they’re in for a while. Our priority is to give your pets all our attention rather than spending the time trying to get decent photos but we try to get as many as we possibly can ❤️

⭐️ Polite customer notice ⭐️

We must reiterate that it is important you keep pets in the car while signing in in. This is for the safety of the animals, staff and customers. The member of staff signing you in will let you know when you’re able to get your pets out once all the forms are filled out. Obviously we understand if they get stressed when left on their own so if it is at all possible please bring someone else to help and stay with them in the car if you can ❤️

This coming weekend is bank holiday, Friday to Monday will be extremely busy with everyone dropping off and collections which means our carpark will get busy. We will sign you in as quick as we can but please allow at least a 20 minute window for queuing and signing in.

Before making a booking, please check that your pets vaccinations are up to date. If you have any questions about vaccinations please ask, we will be happy to help ☺️

We have recently had quite a few rude customers 😔 Their behaviour and attitude towards staff is not acceptable. Thankfully, we have so many wonderful customers that make up for the minority which we are so lucky to have 🥰. We are very grateful for your continued support and keeping us busy ❤️ we all put a lot of effort into our job, and try to go the extra mile for all the animals we care for, we wouldn’t have it any other way 😍. To those who leave us wonderful reviews, we don’t always get the chance to say thank you, so thank you ❤️
