The Tortoise Den seed balls are a mini eco-system that are made from 21 varieties of edible plant species. This eco-system protects the seeds and prevents them from being eaten by birds, insects, ants and slugs.
Simply throw your seed balls on to soil or peat free compost in the garden bed, planter or pot. Leave a gap between each seed ball, once watered and the temperature is good, your seed balls will germinate, sprout then grow and provide your tortoise with a beautiful choice of fresh food.
