Not quite the start to the month I had planned… 💙

As most of you are aware, I have had a bit of a rough 24 hours after my shoulder unexpectedly decided to dislocate during a dog walk today – the first time this has ever happened whilst working.

Thankfully, it managed to go back into place within 10 minutes, and after a trip to hospital I’ve had an X-ray, some very strong pain relief, and my shoulder has now been strapped up.

I’ve been advised to rest completely for the next 48 hours, which unfortunately means there will be no dog walking or training tomorrow.

I’m really hoping to be back on Friday to finish the week on a much more positive note.

To all of my wonderful clients, I just want to say a huge thank you for your understanding and patience, and I’m so sorry for having to let you down at such short notice today. From the bottom of my heart, if I could have continued to walk and care for your dogs safely, I absolutely would have. You all know just how much I love every single one of them, and making this decision has been incredibly difficult.

Thank you all for your continued support—it truly means the world to me. Here’s hoping for a much better end to the week, and I’ll see all of my four-legged friends again very soon. 🐾🩵

To allow clients plenty of notice, please see the following dates where Muddy Paws Dog Walking & Training will be unavailable:

No Dog Walking or Pet Sit Services:
• Wednesday 16th September – Sunday 20th September 2026

During this time, we’ll be taking a well-earned break and heading away on an adventure with my own dogs. 🐾

No Dog Walking or Training Services:
• Thursday 24th September 2026

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and understanding. Please make any arrangements for these dates in advance where possible.

A huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for adapting to the changes over the past month,

The heat has meant rearranged or shortened walks, earlier starts and swapping some walks for garden visits but together we’ve made sure all dogs continued to receive the care they needed safely,

Thank you for your patience, understanding and, most importantly, for trusting me to always put your dogs’ welfare first. I truly appreciate every single one of you! 🐾
