🐾 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MY LOVELY CLIENTS 🐾

Going forward, I will be enforcing a stricter late arrival, no-show and collection policy for all dog grooming appointments.

As much as I understand that life can sometimes get in the way, missed appointments and late arrivals have a big impact on my day, my business, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Please take note of the following:

•15 minutes late: If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will unfortunately have to rearrange your booking. This is to ensure I have enough time to give every dog the care, attention and grooming they deserve.

• Missed Appointments Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide advance notice wherever possible.
Missed appointments without prior notice will be taken seriously. In these circumstances, the full grooming fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Unfortunately, if the outstanding fee is not paid, I will be unable to honour any future bookings.

•Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

• Drop-offs & collections: As I work from a small salon, space is limited, so I kindly ask that you do not drop your dog off early and that all dogs are collected promptly at the agreed collection time. I simply don't have the space to accommodate early drop-offs or late collections, as I need to keep things running smoothly for everyone. Thank you for understanding!

I absolutely love what I do and want to continue providing the best possible service to all your gorgeous pups. However, my time and space are limited, and I need to make sure my business runs smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and continued support of my small business. It really does mean the world to me! ❤️

Please respect your appointment time, drop-off and collection times, and let's keep those tails wagging!
