Look what came in the post!? 👀

Nissa’s beautiful rosettes which she earned in the Salon Groomer of the Year 2025 Online Grooming Competition! 👏🏼

We brought home 2nd, 4th & 5th place rosettes with amazing feedback from the judges 💖 Huge thanks to Ky Marie, Emma Louise Gooding & Francesca Curtain for my placements & encouragement, and to my gorgeous furry models for being absolute stars on the table!

Can’t wait to get these into frames and placed in the salon! 🙏🏼

More exciting competition news! 👀

We absolutely over the moon to share that I (Nissa) placed in three classes for the Salon Groomer of the Year 2025 online pet grooming competition! 🏆 This competition is all about showcasing real pet grooms – and I couldn’t be prouder of my results.

🥈2nd Place – Senior Dogs Class with the gorgeous Winnie the Labradoodle
🌟 4th Place – Cat Grooming Class with the beautiful Asuna
🌟 5th Place – Reset Groom Class with the handsome Riley the Cockerpoo

The feedback I received was incredible – so touching I may have shed a few happy tears (ok… a lot of happy tears 🥹).

A huge, heartfelt thank you to the amazing judges for your thoughtful feedback and for placing my work in these categories. I truly can’t wait to see the beautiful rosettes arrive in the post! 🏵️

Here’s to pushing ourselves, growing as groomers, and celebrating our gorgeous four-legged clients! 💖🐶🐱

From table to trophy – Nissa’s Model Dog takes 2nd place at Premier Groom! 🏆🐾

We’re so proud to share that Nissa’s Model Dog, “Princess Peppa,” took home 2nd place in the Model Dog category at Premier Groom! 🥈

This little Asian Schnauzer creation took hours of precision work and a few late nights but she thrilled to have her hard work recognised alongside so many talented groomers and model dogs 🌟

A huge thank you to the judges for their time & expertise – it means the world. 💜 And how beautiful are the rosettes by the way?! 🖤✨

What a fantastic day surrounded by creativity, skill, and the best people in the grooming world!

Say hello to Nissa & Drew — the heart and soul of Cloud K9 Grooming 👋🏼

📍 Based in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, Cloud K9 is a luxury, home-based salon where every pet is treated like family.

😊 Meet the duo:

Nissa – founder, owner and former primary school teacher turned grooming queen! Since opening Cloud K9 in 2022, Nissa has been on a mission to create a calm, caring space for dogs (and now cats!) to be groomed to the highest standard. She’s mum to Luna & Sandy.

Drew – starting out as an apprentice on 2023, Drew is a qualified pet groomer alongside Nissa. She’s a whizz with our ultrasonic teeth cleaning and is amazing with our feline clients too! Her pets at home include Bilbo the Dalmatian and four lovely bunnies: Peter, Mabel, Roger & Madge.

They have both won Awards for the Business itself and for their Dog Grooming! 🏆
