Twins for adoption
Approx 5 mths old

Badger and Chipmunk were living on the streets and drinking from a puddle in the road.
They had gunky eyes and signs of illness.
Fast forward 3 months and they are two playful brothers, Badger is shy and Chipmunk is bold.
They will need to get used to a new family but they really want a family to call their own.
They would like to be adopted together so Chipmunk can look after his shy brother Badger.

They are good with other animals.

They will be neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated.
Adoption for both is £260.

Currently fostered in Sherwood.

FOR ADOPTION:
Jeanie was living on the streets with one of her kittens when we rescued her.
She's a sassy girl, with opinions to share.
She's long haired so will need to be brushed when she'll allow.
She's very regal and wants to be the queen of her own home.
She's happy to be coaxed but she'll tell you when she's had enough (probably not good with younger children, but sensible older children that are understanding of her choices would be ok).
She will tolerate other pets but may not want to curl up with them.
The vets think she's probably about 2 to 3 yrs old at a guess.

She will come neutered, chipped and flea / worm treated.
After living on the streets she now wants somewhere to call home 🏡.
Adoption is £140
Currently being fostered in Sherwood area.

Molly is an affectionate and adventurous girly looking for a loving family.
She's ok with other pets and although we have not seen her with children, as long as they are kind and respectful we think she will be okay.
Age is somewhere between 3 and 5 at an estimate.
She will come neutered, chipped and flea / worm treated.
Her previous owner has passed away and now she wants somewhere to call home 🏡.
Adoption is £140

Mr Brown has been living on the streets of Nottingham for some time. There's been a few attempts to capture him, but he's a bit of an escape artist 😹.
He's a big boy and has been feeling a bit unwell the last week.
How can we help him?
He'll get his wounds checked and treated. Unneuteted cats are much more likely to be territorial and get into fights which can lead to infected wounds.
He'll be neutered which will reduce the risks of fights and injuries, prevent unwanted kittens and will give him a better quality and length of life.
He'll need microchipped and we will see if he matches the home we have in mind for him, to be loved and fussed over, rather than being cold and hungry on the streets.
He's with us now and we are looking to raise funds for:

URGENT APPEAL 😿 Robin Hood Cats Rescue
Sabrina was from a colony of feral cats and only about 8mths old and heavily pregnant when the vets contacted us and asked us to take her under our wing.

She was scared and had no trust for humans at all, frequently running from humans and hissing.

She had her kittens in October, even though she was still a kitten herself. Unfortunately the kittens did not survive very long, which isn't uncommon with young mums living on the street. 😿

We ploughed time and energy into making sure Sabrina had every chance possible and she has been neutered and chipped.

Since then she's still been wary of humans and we have been giving her space to acclimatise to living indoors and trusting the humans. Most days she hides, but some days she watches us or settles somewhere nearby.

Today, she was looking very poorly and struggling to move. It's a bit of a mystery illness unfortunately and she's been at the vets all afternoon having blood tests, fluids, scans, x-rays, checking liver function, checking kidneys, and snuggling her in warm waterbottles.

This may be an uphill battle for little Sabrina,as there is no obvious cause that has been found as yet...

If you can help with the vets bill please know that EVERY pound really helps.
We are probably looking at £300 plus just for this afternoon...

NB- this price & combo has been especially designed for this event, including portion sizes. If you eat here usually, their portion sizes are slightly larger but then most people would just order a starter and a single main. This way you get to taste THREE dishes😻😻😻.

Freddie UPDATE Friday

Freddie seems to be improving...
We even think he might be getting some vision back 🙀😻🙀😻🙀

We weren't expecting that so we are VERY EXCITED.

STILL a lot of recovery needed, but heading in the right direction.
We are so glad we gave this boy a chance when at one point it was recommended that it was the end of the line 😿.
Against the odds, he is doing really well in just a few days... Hoping this continues.

Meanwhile, we still have a big bill to pay.
This is a mammoth ask for help with Freddie's vet bills, without your support we can't help the kittens as much as we do.

He's being monitored and will be reviewed at vets on Saturday.

Freddie UPDATE

The main issues being investigated revolve around:
😿 NOT ABLE TO LIFT HIS HEAD
😿 SIGHT LOSS
😿 LOW POTASSIUM

Currently the balance of symptoms is tipping towards Toxoplasmosis and treatment is barrier (isolated) care and antibiotics.
He has an inflamed bowel, loss of sight, unable to lift his head.
He is eating and drinking and purring 😻
At the moment it's looking unlikely that he'll regain his vision, however cats in the right home environment can cope well with blindness.

He's had:
Emergency vet treatment
Overnight care
Blood Tests
Scans
More blood tests
Monitoring of symptoms
Antibiotics
Antiinflammatories
