SOLO attendees welcome, there will be a few of us so it will be great to meet new people 😻.

For £30 you will be able to choose 3 courses:

NB- this price & combo has been especially designed for this event, including portion sizes. If you eat here usually, their portion sizes are slightly larger but then most people would just order a starter and a single main. This way you get to taste THREE dishes😻😻😻.

Any additional dishes, drinks, desserts are at your discretion and additional cost.

THE MENU
Starters:
🇮🇹 Bruchetta with tomatoes & mozzarella (vegetarian)
🇮🇹 Bruchetta with tomatoes (vegan)
🇮🇹 Warm green bean salad with potatoes served with olive oil & herbs

Primi & Secondi - choose two:
🇮🇹 Fresh Tortelloni Pumpkin & Sage, pan fried (vegan)
🇮🇹 Fresh Tortelloni Mushroom served with chestnut mushroom cream sauce (vegetarian)
🇮🇹 Beef Lasagne Bolognese with homemade Ragu & besciamelle sauce (meat)
🇮🇹 Aubergine Parmigiana (vegan or vegetarian) lightly battered layers aubergine in rich tomato sauce Apulian style

Freddie UPDATE Friday

Freddie seems to be improving...
We even think he might be getting some vision back 🙀😻🙀😻🙀

We weren't expecting that so we are VERY EXCITED.

STILL a lot of recovery needed, but heading in the right direction.
We are so glad we gave this boy a chance when at one point it was recommended that it was the end of the line 😿.
Against the odds, he is doing really well in just a few days... Hoping this continues.

Meanwhile, we still have a big bill to pay.
This is a mammoth ask for help with Freddie's vet bills, without your support we can't help the kittens as much as we do.

Freddie continues on antibiotics on the premise that the vets believe he is suffering from toxoplasmosis.
He's being monitored and will be reviewed at vets on Saturday.

The main symptoms are:
😿 NOT ABLE TO LIFT HIS HEAD
😿 SIGHT LOSS
😿 INFLAMED GUT
😿 LOW POTASSIUM (this is looking likely to be coincidentally rather than a main symptom)

He's had:
Emergency vet treatment
Overnight care
Blood Tests
Scans
More blood tests
Monitoring of symptoms
Antibiotics
Antiinflammatories

We are needing to send away a 💩 sample to test for toxoplasmosis and that's about £200.

At 5 months old he's really battling to stay with us and has an amazing resilience 💜

Freddie UPDATE

The main issues being investigated revolve around:
😿 NOT ABLE TO LIFT HIS HEAD
😿 SIGHT LOSS
😿 LOW POTASSIUM

Currently the balance of symptoms is tipping towards Toxoplasmosis and treatment is barrier (isolated) care and antibiotics.
He has an inflamed bowel, loss of sight, unable to lift his head.
He is eating and drinking and purring 😻
At the moment it's looking unlikely that he'll regain his vision, however cats in the right home environment can cope well with blindness.

He's had:
Emergency vet treatment
Overnight care
Blood Tests
Scans
More blood tests
Monitoring of symptoms
Antibiotics
Antiinflammatories

Late last night we were out rescuing a mum and kittens living in a garden ...
This was a tough one as technically there's "no room at the inn"...
But we have a single surviving kitten that's being hand reared and there's a chance that the surviving kitten may be able to join the family ...
Worth a shot, as it could help give our solo kitten a better chance of survival if it works.

URGENTLY in need of HELP for FREDDIE 5mths old

Freddie is back at the vets with bizarre mystery symptoms and investigation bills are climbing including overnight hospital and all sorts.

The main issues being investigated revolve around:
😿 NOT ABLE TO LIFT HIS HEAD
😿 SIGHT LOSS
😿 LOW POTASSIUM

Blood tests so far are inconclusive and also bizarre.
He's been on fluids and constant observations.
Plans for further tests today...
Hoping and praying for this tiny boy whose only 5 months old.

I'll add more info later but for now if as many people as possible can spare a few pounds we can give him the best chance possible.

Already bills are heading around £1000....🙀🙀🙀

Adoption for 2 is £240 including neuter & microchip, flea and worm treatment (£125 for one cat usually).

We always visit potential adopters to advise on how to settle your kitties in best, for them and for you.

The girls will need to be indoors until they have been neutered and vaccinated, they'll need to get used to their new home and feel safe and bonded to their new family.

Click here to visit our website. Our rescue is based in the Sherwood area of Nottingham but most of our cats are with our dedicated home based fosterers all over Nottinghamshire. We are small devoted team of volunteers (who also have full time jobs) that want the best outcome for the cats that come to our rescue. We work tirelessly to match up the right adult cat or kitten with the best family. All of our cats have different temperaments and personalities.
