I am searching for my horses as they were loaned to someone who then sold them on without my consent.

I am not looking to cause anyone any distress and am not looking to take them away from their current homes and I am not after money either! I only want to know they are safe, happy and most importantly, healthy.

You will undoubtedly have been told that they were being sold following a charge by the RSPCA, but this is not the case nor was it ever and you are very welcome to speak to the RSPCA to confirm.

I remain their legal owner and have all their ownership certificates. In fact, I was never able to hand over Memphis Belle's passport, so I have that too! Should you have tried to change their ownership, rather than their registered keeper details, you would have found that you are unable to do so, as I have a remaining block on any transfer, until I can trace them.

I am sure they have nestled themselves into your lives, just as they did mine, so please be assured I am not looking for their return, you weren't to know the circumstances behind them being sold to you, despite them not being for sale when they were sold! They were, and technically still are, all only on loan and under a signed loan agreement. They were loaned only due to temporary health issues and for no other reason.

I was unaware they had been sold until recently and am only seeking assurance that they are all happy and healthy and if possible, just to know where they are. I can then sort out, with their current registered keeper, the transfer of their ownership paperwork, which remains in my possession.

All 8 of my horses were sold on, behind my back and with that person knowing full well they had no legal right to do so. I have traced 3, but remain in search of these 5.

If you know where any of them are, please contact me. I don't wish to take them from you, I just want to know they're safe and well.
I was not accused of mistreating them, which you would have likely been told. No charges have ever been brought by anyone against me and you are welcome to check with the RSPCA if you wish.
Please do let me know where they are and that they are safe and well. You should also know I hold all their ownership certificates and remain their legal owner. They were simply sold on without me knowing, following my loaning them.

A mega huge thank you to of for caring for her on livery since February so that she could stay with her friends 👌👍 Last by by no means least, a gigantic thank you to Hayley from for so expertly loading her and taking her the 4 hours to her new home. She hasn't wanted to load, but thanks Hayley's super chilled approach and truly expert handling as well as the team back at base organising it all, she loaded without any bother at all and travelled all the way munching on her hay and as cool as a cucumber 😁🥰
Truly fabulous transporter and I can't recommend them enough 1000000/10 🌟🌟🌟

Firstly, I would like to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for entering, sharing and liking our new beautiful boy who we are just besotted with and utterly adore! 😍

I am really sorry we couldn't pick everyone and this has absolutely no reflection on the quality we were presented with - we were overwhelmed with the response, I didn't come across a single mare I disliked from the dilutes to the cobs, sport horses and thoroughbreds, they all genuinely looked like super matches for our Palomino superstar!

He is absolutely beautiful as he shines his golden palomino coat with his bright blonde mane and tail and it doesn't end there. Monty is super quick and compact making him a super type, what we would describe as the ultimate modern sports horse, he is very correct in every sense.
