*cancellation policy*
I really hate to post something so negative, especially this close to Christmas, but I've sadly had a number of no shows recently, which has already cost me over £200 this month alone. As I'm self employed, I don't get paid unless I work and the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations I'm having at the moment is really hitting hard.
Please note, any cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hour notice will require full payment of the appointment before a new appointment can be booked.
If you are unsure of your appointment time, please send me a message before you've missed it and if you can no longer make the appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
I hope you all understand and I wanted to thank you all for your support over the year!
On the plus side, my little Oatie doesn't look homeless after today's missed appointment 🙈♥️
