☀️ Heat wave and appointments☀️
I am trying my absolute best to move and accommodate appointments already in my diary to keep your dog's safe.
This being said I am now not taking any more appointments until September. Sorry for anyone I haven't been able to make appointments for!
The days I have booked off are rather due to no childcare (summer holidays) or just my day off !
I may need to try and bend these days to help any dogs I am having to move that we're booked weeks in advance.
If we do get to a certain stage and don't get a break I will have to start prioritize grooms to keep the welfare of the dogs. Meaning short hair dogs may not get groomed.
Unfortunately if the new accommodate time/day is not suitable I may have to cancel the groom all together. I cannot find appointments out of thin air and will be trying my absolute best!
This being said. Please understand this is an incredibly hard time for us groomers trying to keep your beloved pets safe whilst trying to get everyones hair cuts sorted. But your animals come first ! also keep in mind if we don't work we don't get paid we're not doing this to go enjoy the weather !!
All grooms are as normal unless contacted otherwise ! Every day will be accessed individually .Please note in warmer weather appointments could be cancelled by myself last minute due to temperatures.
