Dave McGhee - who runs Dave’s Dugs - has been slammed after not seeking veterinary help for English Bulldog Shelby who took ill following a walk in 27C heat on Tuesday.

Thought it was going to be 29 degrees so off out early to water to paddle in and it rained lol ❤️
