As we move into the new year, we have a few important updates:
✨ New Cancellation Policy: Due to a high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we are now implementing a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If a cancellation occurs after this time, full payment will be required. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the best service for all our customers.
📅 Price Increase: Starting April 1st, we will be adjusting our prices slightly. This change will help us continue providing top-notch care for your pets. We’ll send out more details on the exact adjustments before then.
💸 4-Week Discount: To help you save, we’re offering a discount for bookings made within a 4-week window. But please note, if an appointment is changed and goes beyond the 4 weeks, the discount will no longer apply. So be sure to lock in those dates for the best savings!
