I am open but social distancing means that you cannot stop with your dog for the time being. I've always had an open door policy but the tier 3 rules prohibit it right now!

Due to the covid I've not been working but some "groomers" (I say groomer BUT!!!) have, badly!!

I've got missy n coco in today and coco is cross poodle but now has no top knot, compacted pads, a full yorkie growing in her ears n she's snarling n biting so we'll done, not!! Coco doesn't bite but is now terrified.

Missy has obviously had her ears shaved off n her face hacked off. Didn't bother with the pads, ears or even trimming feet n also very scared.

So this groomer is in shiregreen, just started up n obviously trained at the Stevie Wonder school of grooming. If uve not got the patience or heart for this job then don't mess up dogs that enjoy a groom with ur rough handling n can't be arsed attitude. The first lesson in grooming is to follow the lines, not just immac it all off!! Rant over. Now to try n unterrify these dogs over several more grooms AGAIN!!

At first she was not a bath fan or a comb or dryer fan n touch my feet n u die. She grew to love her grooms n I loved the snuggles n the littlest, gentle kisses she gave. I'm gonna miss u. Rosie, the biggest, fluffiest ball of sweet love ud ever meet. 💕💕 xx

As many of u no I'm high risk n while I can't have any social contact at the minute I am on the end of the phone to help.

Anyone needing my advice on how to trim a fringe or nails please private message me n I can video call u n talk u through it or do a virtual demonstration for u to follow.

Today I got a call from 1 of my customers saying her elderly dog had collapsed n her vets, Abbey, wouldn't fit her in till Thursday. I phone my vets, the ark who said no appointment needed just get up here now.

Unfortunately lil Lady Lou was too ill for any treatment but she had her mum n me to cuddle her through her final journey n we was with her while she crossed over rainbow bridge.

God bless u n take u to his own. Miss our Lady Lou already n I always will. Run free beautiful Lady. Xx

Just to let u all know. My operation went well n I'm healing nicely. A great big thank u to everyone who's called and sent messages, it meant a lot knowing I was in ur thoughts.

The ppl who've rung to book in, I will ring u in about 2 weeks n you'll be the very first appointments I book in.

If ur dog's fringe is falling over it's eyes or nails are curling into pads/legs then please call me. I can do a few nails n shorten a fringe/face but right now I am not strong enough to do a full groom.

Apologises and I look forward to seeing all my favourite furry friends very soon. Xx
