⭐ Ride Out Info:
Includes grooming the horses before you ride, riding out in our fields, with absolutely no riding on roads. Walk and trot. Suitable for all stages. Approx. 1hr session, choose a time slot that suits you. Open to all ages and abilities
£27.50 + £1.50 hat hire if required.

❤ Own a Pony Day Info:
These are our most popular activity. 3hr session with min 1hr riding. Learn all aspects of pony care in small groups, as well as a group ridden session with Tinky. Ages 8+ and all abilities welcome.
£40 + £1.50 hat hire if required.

The ride will be approx. 45 mins, with walking and trotting (as appropriate) around our fabulous fields with ZERO road work. Chance to meet and groom the horses before and after your ride.

Activities may* include bringing horses in/turning out, grooming, mucking out, tacking up, leading, riding and much more (*as appropriate).

All riding can be done INDOORS so no need to worry about cold/wet weather!

🚨**Important Notice** 🚨

In light of recent confirmed cases of strangles in South Yorkshire/ Derbyshire, we have decided to implement some Biosecurity measures at our yard.

None of our horses here are showing any signs or have strangles, but to make sure our horses are safe and don’t come into contact with strangles we have implemented stations around the yard.

On entering through the gate you will see hand sanitiser gel, please use this. We also have boot wash on entering the Indoor School, please use and anybody viewing lessons and/or visitors please stand in before entering.

🐴 Important Biosecurity Notice for our Learners🐴

To help keep everyone safe, please:

- Do not come directly from another yard.

- Only handle the horses assigned to you and avoid touching others.

- Use the hand sanitiser stations and boot wash provided on arrival and before handling the horses.

These measures are important to keep our horses and our riding school safe.

Our first summer holiday event was a hit yesterday, and our next is already full!

☀ Our next availability for summer holiday fun is on our Own a Pony Day on Friday 15th August from 1-4pm. ☀

We currently have 6 spaces available and are suitable for all 8+.

These days are designed to show you all aspects of caring for a pony, as well as a minimum of 1hr ride time in a small group.

Non ridden activities may include but not limited to* grooming, tacking up, mucking out, making haynets, turning out as well as learning lots of knowledge about horses and looking after their welfare. Ridden activities may include but not limited to* walking, trotting, cantering, poles and games (*as appropriate).

Experience led by Tinky Morris, BHSII Msc.
