Just a reminder 🐾 DOG BOARDING BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing my dog boarding service. Please read the following before confirming your booking:

• A meet and greet visit is required before all first bookings.
• A deposit is required to secure your dog’s booking dates.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the owner, as this covers time spent on visits, administration, and holding the booking space.
• Full payment is due before or on the first day of boarding unless agreed otherwise.
• Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s behaviour, health, and vaccination status.
• I reserve the right to refuse or end a booking if a dog shows unsafe or aggressive behaviour not disclosed beforehand.
