🐾 A monumental day for this year old Shih Tzu. Picked up by his new Human in the morning as a rescue, then a lifetime of tangled, matted fur carefully removed in the afternoon. I enjoy grooming any dog but cases like this are the most rewarding, and as a bonus - possibly the calmest young dog i have ever groomed. Love his pink nose! 🐾 🥰

🐾🐾 An unusual task today at Shiny Paws. Not the normal one or maybe two dogs, but an entire family of four, all in together for a mammoth grooming session. We had a Pomeranian mother, a Chihuahua father and their adorable Pomchi puppies.

Happily, they lined up for the before and after photos much more easily than my own kids would’ve done! 🤣

🐾 Today at Shiny Paws. This one year old sproodle came in looking distinctly fluffy; but after a wash and a bit of clipper and scissor action revealed a distinctive grey and white face, with symmetrical markings. She left looking smart and smelling divine, off to the pet shop for after-grooming treats 🦴🍖🥏🏀. 🐾

These photos are not photoshopped - the dog really was that big. Shown against a regular dog for comparison! I had to stand on a ladder to trim his back!🤣 Fortunately he was a gentle giant. 💙
