This weekend why not spend some time in the sanctuary of our Butterfly House🦋 You might just spot these curious Graphium agamemnon caterpillars and butterflies as they are happily breeding here. 🐛🦋
Originating from Asia, their common name is Tailed jay and you can easily recognise them by this pattern of translucent green and yellowish 'windows' in their wings.💚

Come and see our Bishop's Balls! ... or Gomphocarpus physocarpus if you prefer!😅
It originates from South Africa and we use it as a host plant for Monarch butterflies. 💚🦋🌿
Other common names are balloon milkweed and swan plant - look out for it in the Butterfly House on your next visit! 🦋
