A quality Irish Draught mare with the talent, temperament and experience to make a fantastic partner for an ambitious rider.

Standing at 16.3hh and 7 years old, she is a beautifully put together mare with three balanced paces, a lovely way of going and a trainable attitude. Well schooled on the flat, she works in a consistent rhythm, is light in the hand and responsive off the leg.

Competitive and placed at EI90 level, she is brave, bold and genuine to a fence. She takes her rider confidently to a jump without becoming strong, silly or overcomplicated, making her an enjoyable and confidence-giving ride. She is the sort that helps her rider out and always wants to get the job done.

Despite standing at 16.3hh, she rides much smaller than her height suggests and is incredibly easy to manage. She would be a fantastic option for a capable teenager stepping up from ponies, a Pony Club home, Riding Club rider or someone looking for a quality grassroots event horse ready to go out and enjoy.

She has experience in eventing, showjumping, cross-country and workers, and is ready for her next rider to continue having fun and being competitive.

On the ground she is kind, affectionate and easy to do. A genuine pleasure to have on the yard and the sort that quickly becomes a favourite.

Arthur is an absolute pleasure to have around and work with – a lovely natured pony who is quickly becoming a real favourite. We truly feel we’re only uncovering the tip of the iceberg with him and his future looks incredibly exciting. 🌟

He has a very trainable brain and enjoys learning, taking everything in his stride. More woah than go, making him a confidence-giving ride, but he will step up when asked and has plenty to offer.

His schooling is progressing beautifully, with lateral work starting to click and his understanding, balance and strength improving daily.

Arthur would make a fantastic second pony for someone wanting to learn and grow together, and we also think he’d suit a mother/daughter share perfectly.

Whether your interests are Pony Club, pleasure rides, all-round activities or stepping into eventing, Arthur has the attitude and ability to turn his hoof to anything. We feel he could easily excel across all three eventing phases in the right hands.

Our lovely 6-year-old gelding whose education is really starting to shine 🌟

He’s developing beautifully on the flat and showing an amazing technique over a fence, with so much potential beginning to come through. A finer type standing around 14.2hh, he’s proving to be a versatile little horse who could turn his hoof to anything. Definitely has great potential for a fab pony club pony.

For Sale or Loan to Stay at Current Yard (S21)

We are looking for a new person to enjoy our lovely Poppy.

Poppy is an 18-year-old, 13.3hh New Forest mare but she still has plenty to offer. She loves hacking, enjoys getting out and about, and will happily perk up to pop a small course of jumps.

In a previous home, Poppy enjoyed hunting, cross-country, Pony Club activities and plenty of adventures. She is fabulous to hack, sensible in traffic and a kind, easy pony to have around.

Poppy is not a first pony as she does need a rider who can ride positively and keep her moving forwards. She isn't sharp or silly, but she won't do all the work for you. She can occasionally throw a cheeky buck, though there is no malice in it.

She would suit a confident child with knowledgeable support or a small adult looking for a fun, safe and affectionate pony to enjoy hacking, low-level activities and the occasional jump.

Available for sale or for loan to stay on her current yard in S21. Financial contribution required for loan arrangements.

A much-loved pony looking for her next person to enjoy her.

🌟 Arthur’s First Outing! 🌟

Arthur had his first outing with us yesterday at the fantastic Eckington Show and he certainly did us proud! 💙

This lovely 14.2hh, 6-year-old gelding showed a fantastic attitude all day and gave us a glimpse of the potential he has to offer. We’re still enjoying getting to know him and helping him gain more experience, but we’re already very excited about his future.

Arthur will be available for sale in the near future. If you’re looking for a smart, genuine pony with plenty of promise, feel free to get in touch and register your interest.

Introducing Coby & Arthur 🐴

Both standing around 14.3-15hh, these two handsome boys have recently arrived and are just beginning their education with us.

🍀 Coby – (Bay)
A steady, sensible cob type with a lovely laid-back attitude. The sort that gives you confidence and enjoys a relaxed ride.

⭐ Arthur – (Black)
A finer type with plenty of presence. He could make a fantastic step-up from ponies for a capable Pony Club rider looking for something a little bigger before moving onto horses.

We’re still getting to know them, but first impressions are very positive and we’re excited to see what the future holds for both of them!
