We were recommended to Polly by friends who had purchased not one, but two beautiful puppies from her, and they simply couldn't speak highly enough of her.
Over the years, we had looked at various breeders as we already have a nearly six-year-old Cavapoochon, and if we were going to welcome another puppy into our family, it was absolutely imperative that he had the right temperament.
From our very first contact, Polly was wonderful. She communicated promptly, patiently and answered all of my many questions, and really listened to what we were looking for, including our request for a puppy that was the opposite colour to our current beloved dog.
Throughout the entire process, Polly couldn't have been more helpful, supportive or professional. She clearly cares deeply about her puppies and ensuring they go to the right homes. She even started calling our puppy "Ozzy" before we collected him, which I genuinely think helped make his transition into our family that little bit easier.
We have now had Ozzy for two weeks, and we couldn't be happier. His temperament is everything we hoped for and more – loving, calm, affectionate and incredibly intelligent. He has slotted straight into our family and formed a lovely bond with our older dog.
Our vet commented just last week on what a beautiful puppy he is, both in appearance, intelligence and temperament.
Polly provided everything we needed in a very professional and organised way, including his own information pack and all the paperwork and guidance required to help us settle him in.
Ozzy has already started learning and responding to training exceptionally well, which is a testament to the excellent start he received with Polly. We are absolutely delighted with him.
I've already recommended Polly's Pooches to several people who have met Ozzy and fallen in love with him, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Polly to anyone looking for a healthy, well-socialised, beautiful puppy from a breeder who genuinely cares.
