A polite notice for all our lovely clients 🐾 to help us be able to get all the lovely walks and visits booked in we ask that you let us know by 7pm on a Sunday what you would like for the week please. As any bookings after this time can mean that we will be unable to guarantee that we can confirm that we are able to fulfill any walks/visits for the week. Also any cancellations will be charged at half price if received with less than 24hours notice and full price if received with less than 12hours notice. As it's just the 2 of us and we both have families and other commitments, we need to be able to schedule our weeks ahead, we can only take emergency bookings if we deem there is a valid reason, and we are able to fit your booking in, we do hope you understand and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Hi everyone, we hope you have all had a good "summer", as we are just getting ready to get back into routine with kids going back to school the weather has decided to heat right up again- typical!

This week it is forecast to be over 25°c daily, due to this we have decided to either cancel dog walks or change them to garden and house visits, keeping them cool while still giving them the mental stimulation they need.

We don't take these decisions lightly, we have your dog's best interests at heart and the last thing we would want is for any to become ill due to being walked while it is so hot.

1 of our clients are having a really tough time right now, after adopting a new cat from Romania on Tuesday 4th April they have now had to face the prospect of a long and expensive veterinary journey with her as she has become so poorly.
Please share their fundraiser and if you are able to, please donate, even £1 would make all the difference to this poor family.

⭐️ Following on from our previous announcement about changes, we have a few more changes that are coming in too....
From next week we will be asking clients to pay into our new business account- makes me feel all professional haha! (Lucy)
*late payments* We politely remind and request that payments are made by 7pm each Friday, from next week, any payments made after this deadline will incur a small late payment fee of 50p per day which will then need to be paid before we can confirm further bookings. I do apologise for this but Hannah and I need the money to reach our account each Friday so that we can start afresh the following week.

*From April* we will be having to implement a small increase to our prices as we all deal with the rising cost of living.
We will not be raising our prices by much so I do hope all current clients will be happy with this.
We will also be adding a fuel charge of 40p per mile for any walks or visits outside of shaftesbury.
We do hope that everyone understands and will continue to support our wonderful business ⭐️

Hello!
There are changes afoot! I am very pleased and happy to announce that after working together for a while Hannah has agreed to become my business partner and is now co-owner of Locky Dogs pet services!!
We have many plans in how we are going to be expanding services and products offered in the near future but for now please join me in welcoming Hannah to the business! Loadsa love 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Hello everyone! I hope you all have been enjoying the sunshine we have been blessed with these last few days, fingers crossed it will stay for a while longer.
