We have a few final spots available for our Cleany Teeth ultrasound cleaning session on Friday 6th February.

Many of our clients are now on a regular teeth cleaning schedule so spaces are limited.

🐾 We love seeing all your wonderful dogs, and we pour our hearts into providing the best grooming experience for them.

As a small, local business, every appointment is incredibly important to us.
When an appointment is cancelled without much notice, it sadly means two things:

1. A gap in our schedule that we can’t fill, which directly impacts our team.
2. Another wonderful dog is missing out on a much-needed pampering session, because we held that slot for a dog who didn’t show.
We completely understand that life happens, but we ask for your consideration of the commitment you make when booking an appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy:

• Full Payment Due: If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation.
• Half Payment Due: If less than 72 hours notice is given for a cancellation.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
We can’t wait to get your furry friends ready for Christmas!! 🎄 🤶🏻 🐾 x

The festive bandanas are in and we will be confirming all our Christmas appointments this week, ready for the busy lead up to the big day!
We had an excellent teeth cleaning session on Friday with 9 dogs so if you want to book into our January session, just leave us a comment.
This year we will be breaking up on 23rd December and will be back on 5th January 2026!

Hayley has been at the end of most of your emails and messages over the past years.
We couldn’t have got to where we are today without her🙏
