Jaz’s owner told me that previous groomers had really struggled to complete her groom so I decide to take her on and see what I could do. I groomed Jaz, start to finish with no major problems.

It wasn’t about forcing the process, it was about taking the time to understand her. Learning what she was comfortable with, respecting what she wasn’t, and building trust every step of the way.

Patience, kindness, and listening to the dog can make all the difference. Every dog is an individual, and sometimes they just need someone willing to work at their pace.

Safe to say Jaz absolutely smashed it today, and I’m so proud of her and can’t wait to welcome her back to Ivy & Co💚🐾✂️🫧

Just a little heads up that I’ll be closed from 23rd July and back in the salon on 27th July.

I’m off to Edinburgh to live my best cowgirl life and finally see Luke Combs! 🎤🤠👢 I think it’s safe to say I’ll be singing all weekend!

My salon phone is having the weekend off too, so it’ll be staying at home. Any calls or messages will be replied to when I’m back on Monday. Thanks so much for your patience, I really appreciate it!
