we cannot give refunds unless absolutely necessary we have a 24 hour cancellation policy as we lose out every time a booking is cancelled on the day, as we haven’t got the time to fill the appointment �what we are prepared to do is move the booking to another day or use the money towards kennelling or grooming we won’t just take your money w
