Pony Mindfulness Sessions at Lime Oaks
Reconnect. Unwind. Find Peace - with Ponies.

At Lime Oaks, we’re combining the gentle nature of our ponies with the power of mindfulness to create a unique wellbeing experience. Horses and ponies are naturally calming animals, and spending time with them can significantly reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote a sense of peace.

Why Pony Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is proven to help clear the mind, improve sleep, and support emotional wellbeing. When practised in the presence of ponies, these benefits are often deepened by the animals’ calming, therapeutic presence—helping you feel grounded and connected in a truly natural way.

What to Expect in a Session:
• Relaxed pony interaction, including grooming and gentle stroking
• A mindful walk with the ponies around our paddocks or nearby woods
• A calm, welcoming environment - no horse experience needed, as there will be no riding involved
• Suitable for all ages (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
