Dear Clients,

At the end of this week, I’ll be stepping back from the business. It’s a big change, but one I’m making knowing the salon is in the very best hands.

Dawn, Lauren and Terry will be continuing to run Springfield Grooming, and they are all fully contactable on 01757 600868 or by email at [email protected]. They are an incredible team, and I know they will continue to provide the very best service to you and your gorgeous dogs.

All existing bookings will remain in place. If the team need to move anything around slightly, they’ll be in touch with you directly.

I want to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful clients for your support over the years. Thank you for trusting me with your beautiful dogs — it has meant more than I can put into words. I’m so proud of the business that me and my amazing team have built together, and I truly hope you’ll continue to support them as they take things forward.

Both pups enjoyed a lovely pamper and left looking (and smelling!) amazing. Bella was on point, while Winston kept us on our toes with his hide-and-seek skills 🤣🥰 — but we promise he still enjoyed every minute 🐾

From luxurious festive baths to our much-loved toasted marshmallow facials, finished off with festive bandanas and a little photoshoot in our cosy Christmas corner — it’s safe to say these cuties were well and truly spoiled 🎅🐶
