Lovely little Tilly came for a check up, she decided to go under the table to see if our receptionist Louise would hide her.

Most pets are happy to visit the practice but some can feel a bit shy or nervous, if that’s the case they get extra treats and strokes every time they see us to make them feel a bit more calm and relaxed on each visit, we also have only one pet in the practice at a time so that also helps to keep all pets calm.

After this photo Tilly sat next to Louise and got lots of affection so hopefully she will feel less worried next time she comes to see us. 🥰
