We get a lot of questions about when clients should bring in their new puppies for their first hand strip session. The honest answer? As early as possible not only to keep your pup tidy, but to acclimatise them to the grooming process.

Here’s Bonnie. She’s 5 months old next week. She’s been brushed daily with a pin pad and stripped a little bit every single month from 12 weeks old. As a result, she’s happy and content with the whole process and will lay down without a fuss for her grooming sessions. We don’t strip everything every time, today was just a face and body tidy up 🥰
