Official “Thank You” to all my customers
I just wanted to let you (my customers) know you are the most beautiful, understanding & tolerant people any business owner could ask for.
This week I had a major drama on my hands. As you know I am on holiday next week and found my passport was out of date. So on Friday I had to arrange a visit to Durham for an emergency passport for Monday which ment I had to cancel and reschedule doggy appointments this week to fit everyone in before I go away. Thank goodness the drama is over, I have my passport, I’m going on holiday and you (my customers) are amazing. This also goes out to all my customers who I’ve had to change appointments because of doctors, hospital, dentist, family and unforeseen circumstances that have arose in the past & present. I appreciate your understanding and I will always do my best to accommodate you wherever I can.
