If anyone can help out this wonderful charity , I’m collecting donations to pass onto Caroline and Peter

Caroline and I are members of ‘Sunderland For Ukraine’ and our family members are supporting a Ukrainian girl (24) and her mother.

Every month vans travel overland from the NE to Ukraine with vital supplies for people living in the war zone.

We have also recently linked up with ‘Paw Help UK - Ukraine Humanitarian Mission’ supporting dogs suffering during the war often with PTSD and living in animal shelters; if they’re lucky.

If you can spare any of the following we will make sure they are collected by the crews. I can arrange collection.

Dog and cat food including open food like kibble.
Recently expired food.
Leaders & harnesses to help transport animals to safety.
Medical kits, drugs & specialist food.
Vet medicines even if open or slightly out of date.
Calming meds.
Warm dog coats; temperatures drop to minus 20.
Thunder shirts.
Anxiety coats.
Metal food trays (China cracks in extreme temperatures), saucepans, large plastic trays.
Dog training pads.
Bedding.

Only if possible please separate bags for food, meds and other.

The van crews post on Facebook from their journeys & delivery to the shelters, which is as inspiring and as it is daunting.
