Bit of a sad announcement!
I’ve decided not to take on any new customers for boarding. I’ve had a couple of awful experiences recently & to be honest I can’t be bothered to be put through anymore.
I run a five-star home-from-home boarding business. I have done it for nine years. I’m fully licensed & insured. I’m very proud of my business & have amazing customers.
However, when my furniture has been damaged beyond repair & not so much as an apology from the customer, I start to feel let down & deeply upset. I board all different dogs from all ages.
I understand things get broken & I’ve always expected that. But please try to remember it’s my family home. I can’t afford to keep replacing things. Your dog/s when in my care are treated like my own. They are regularly walked, loved, cuddled & not forgetting fed 🤣They love being here, which I know from how many of them return for their holidays with me 😍
So it’s with regret that unless you are already a boarding customer, I won’t be taking anyone else on.
