Tops knots is a home run business and there is never more than three dogs booked in a time. It offers a local collection and delivery service and the dogs are treat with the best care. Top Knots does not put your pet in cages, and works to keep the animal as calm as possible and make the situation as less stressful as possible.

We had 8 dogs cancel last min or fail to show last week. That’s a whole days work, the loss of which made worse if I have help in for bathing / drying as I still have to pay them. So for the seasonal period, we will be implementing a short notice/ no show fee.
