Polite post incoming ….
If I write a post on my own page advertising my services or availability, this is for customers. Not for other groomers to comment on my posts trying to tout for business from my customers! It’s super unprofessional!

It’s very nice to have other groomers following me so they can see my lovely grooms but groomers should boost other groomers - it’s hard work! - there’s enough dogs for everyone, just work hard like we all have to get your own!

I am on holiday for the next week. Any messages won’t be responded to until

I am currently fully booked till the end of August / start of September
I don’t just trim nails - only full grooms.
I only have room for one or two new customers - smaller dog breeds only xx

☀️🐶 Keeping Your Dogs Safe in the Hot Weather 🐶☀️
With the warm weather here, we'd like to remind everyone to take a few extra precautions when bringing your dog to their grooming appointment.
💛 If possible, please drive or take a taxi to the salon rather than walking, especially during the hottest parts of the day.
💧 Make sure your dog is well hydrated before leaving home.
❄️ Our salon is fully air conditioned, and we always have plenty of fresh water available to keep your dog cool and comfortable during their visit.
✂️ If your dog is due a groom, please don't put it off. A good bath and a tidy haircut (appropriate for their coat type) can help them stay cleaner, more comfortable, and cooler throughout the warmer months.
📞 If you're at all unsure or worried about bringing your dog in because of the heat, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to rearrange your appointment. Your dog's welfare always comes first, and we'll be happy to help.

🐾 A Few Friendly Pleas & Requests From Your Groomer 🐾

First of all, thank you for keeping me so busy and for trusting me with your gorgeous dogs. I truly appreciate every single one of you! ❤️
Just a few little requests to help everything run smoothly:

✨ Brushing the top is not enough. If a comb cannot get through the coat from the skin out, the coat is not fully brushed. Fluffy is cute, but fluffy is a commitment! Regular brushing, using the right tools, and sticking to a grooming schedule helps keep your dog comfortable and healthy. Always protect the dog first. ✨

✨ Please just tell me if your dog is matted. It’s absolutely okay! I never judge, but a heads-up helps me plan the appointment properly. We will always know how well the coat has been maintained, so honesty is always appreciated. We may have to cut your dog really short though- we can’t brush out matting.

✨ I will always take photos after your dog's groom to show they are happy, comfortable, and looking fabulous. If I ever have any concerns about your dog's skin, coat, health, or behaviour, I will always let you know. Please don't automatically assume that anything noticed after a groom was caused during the appointment.

✨ Please arrive on time for your appointment. If I get behind schedule, I might not make the school run... and I'm fairly sure my children would object to that! 😂

✨ If you can't make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I am often fully booked weeks in advance, and another dog would happily take that slot. Missed appointments may require a deposit before rebooking.

✨ Saturday appointments are especially important to keep. For weekend appointments, I have usually arranged childcare so I can be there for your dogs. A little notice if plans change is hugely appreciated.

Most importantly, please remember that I'm always here to help, never to judge. I want the best for your dogs and I will always do my best to make grooming a positive experience for everyone.
