✨ Cancellation Policy ✨

To help appointments run smoothly, I kindly ask that clients provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client.

I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on small businesses. Therefore, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee being applied in future.
