I am now relaxing in front of the fire with my own dogs and I’m going to enjoy a mince pie or two 🙊 thank you for trusting me with your precious fur-babies, generous gifts and continued support this year 💕

I will be back to work from 5th January for another year of doing what I love 🥰

As dog lovers a lot of you may remember a few moths back the RSPCA rescuing over 80 dogs from terrible conditions, it was all over the news and absolutely broke my heart 💔

Fast forward to this week… I had the absolute pleasure of grooming Isla, formerly ‘Megan’ a beautiful tiny Springer Spaniel who was one of those rescued 🐾 she has fallen on her feet with her new home and has a new brother to show her how to really enjoy life 🥰

For all she has been through in her 2 years she was still wagging, trusting and loved her food! It was a very emotional groom and reminded me why I love my job so much 💕

There are still a few of her fellow rescued siblings/family members in RSPCA York waiting for their forever homes if you have space 🩵
