Hi Everyone
I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and peaceful 2023. this year has been particularly hard for me and as you know I have had to drastically cut down on my grooming due to ill health, and will slowly have to wind things down altogether.
I would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindness you have all been really wonderful. I miss you and all your beautiful fur babies so much.

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!
well the start of 2021, yes still in tier 4 and still a few hard months ahead ... but some hope at the end of the tunnel.. we must just keep positive and keep to the rules and keep everyone safe.

I am allowed to stay open as am classed as an essential service on grounds of welfare, therefore I look forward to seeing everyone again soon, obviously following the procedures in place, that we have been using over the last few months.

Again as I have said before I totally respect and understand anyone who would prefer not to come for whatever reason if you could let me know as soon as possible I would be very grateful.

Also I would ask that anyone who is showing symptoms or is isolating due to being in contact with someone with the virus please let me know and I can rearrange your appointment for when it is safe for you to come. this way we can all stay safe.

Thankyou all for your support over the last year and I look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

England Lockdown Nov 5th

I am pleased to let you all know that we have received confirmation that we will be able to stay open during the lockdown period under "Welfare Reasons" therefore all appointments already booked will go ahead as normal.

Should you prefer for any reason to reschedule your appointment until after lockdown please let me know as soon as possible.
Thankyou to you all for your patience with us whilst we have been waiting for confirmation, we look forward to seeing you soon and for your continued support during this difficult time.

Covid 19 - update
Following the statement from the PM last night I can confirm that my intention is to stay open until I am told I can’t. So all current bookings will be honoured for as long as I am able.

I am sure we will be updated by the government as to who is deemed non-essential and who is essential over the next few days and I will keep you up to date as we are.

As you know I have strict distancing and cleaning measures in place to keep my customers,me and my family as safe as possible and will continue to do so whilst we are all dealing with this situation.

I would like to remind/request that all customers arrive at their appointment on time and not early, masks/face coverings are worn and only one person brings the dog through to the holding area. And obviously if you have symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms that you contact me ASAP and rearrange your dogs appointment until you are deemed clear of infection.

I totally understand and respect anyone that feels they would prefer not to bring their dog and I will rearrange appointments as and when, please let me know ASAP.

I really hope that I am able to continue providing a full service to all of my lovely customers and will do my best to ensure I can but obviously I have to abide by the rules.

Please be patient with me whilst we gather the information we need to be able to do this. With the information being as clear as mud as usual this may take a few days.😃😃
