🐾 Keep Your Dogs Cool During the Heat Wave ☀️🐶

With temperatures soaring, our furry friends need a little extra care to stay safe and comfortable.

✅ Always provide fresh, cool water
✅ Walk early in the morning or later in the evening
✅ Avoid hot pavements – if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws
✅ Provide plenty of shade and airflow
✅ Use cooling mats, damp towels, or a paddling pool for extra relief
✅ Never leave your dog in a parked car, even for a few minutes

⚠️ Watch for signs of heatstroke:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Lethargy or weakness
• Vomiting
• Collapse

If you suspect heatstroke, move your dog to a cool area, offer water, and contact your vet immediately.

This is Rex ❤️

Rex is looking for a new forever home. If anybody knows of anyone who would love a lovable Spaniel boy to join their family and make this gorgeous boy their fur baby forever, please get in touch.

He’s been freshly groomed today, so he’s all ready to meet his new family members.

Rex is being taken care of for the moment, but it wasn’t a forever arrangement; it was just to keep him safe for now.

Rex is 4 years old and is an energetic, lovable boy. He’s looking for someone who can give him plenty of exercise and lots of cuddles. He stole my heart today and wanted love all the way through his groom, which I loved 🥰.

Please get in touch if you know anyone who would love to rehome him and give him the best future. I can then pass the foster parents’ number on to you.

If everyone could share this as much as possible, this beautiful boy could make a great new addition to someone’s home 🏠❤️
