MESSAGE TO ALL CLIENTS

Hi all,

A couple of things have come to my attention recently that I’d like to address,

Firstly, payments must be made in full on the day of your appointment.
Many of you are great for this which is very much appreciated, however it’s becoming an issue with some. I’m not here to be chasing money 2/3 weeks down the line. Payments are made in full by the end of the day of the appointment otherwise I won’t be offering my services to you going forwards.

Secondly, any rude/harassing/ungrateful messages won’t be tolerated.
It’s becoming all too common that I receive messages like this and it’s simply not appreciated. A simple please and thank you go a lot further than some of you seem to realise these days.
So, going forward, any messages I receive like this will also result in me no longer offering my services to you.

The industry is already under pressure due to the declining number of farriers so please bear that mind in future. I’m here to offer a service so please remember to be polite and respectful as I am to you, and make payments in full on the day of the appointment.

And to those of you who do comply with all of the above, you are noticed and you are appreciated so thank you!

I’m pleased to announce that myself and Saul from SB Farriery Services have decided to team up due to the increasingly high demand for farrier services in the area!

Going forward, we will be working alongside each other 3 days a week to offer the best possible service for all of our clients.

We will still be covering Cheshire, Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, north staffs, Shropshire and all surrounding areas as usual!
