** CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT**
I've finally had clarification today regarding the planned road closure of the B714, I have been informed that local access will be permitted throughout the period of closure advertised, there may be a couple of VERY short spells when we have to use a diversion but if and when that happens we will be advised in advance. Hopefully at that time we can make arrangements for customers who would require collection / drop off services for that period. When the road is closed on the 28th, I have been advised that customers should drive around the traffic cones and enter the B714 if Diddup Farm is their destination. If any workers are on site as may be the case at the beginning of the closure, simply state that you are a customer of Diddup farm and you will be granted access. Apologies for all this upheaval guys and thankyou as always for continuing to support K9 Country Club And Spa, you are truly appreciated!!

**REMINDER**
Can everyone please remember to book your dogs in by a Sunday for the coming week, It's so important that we know our daily numbers to ensure that we have the correct staff in place each day. Thanks so much guys.

HI all,
Just a reminder that we will be closing at 1pm on Tuesday 20th October and reopen on Wednesday 28th October at 8.30am. Please continue to message us each Sunday with your daycare requirements for the following week to secure your pooch's place.

Hi everyone, We hope that you've all been enjoying the nicer weather. We are coming into our busiest season and therefore ask that you have your Daycare requirements for the coming week booked in to us by the Sunday at the latest. The reason for this is that we have to ensure that our staff to dogs ratio is correct each day for safety purposes. If we don't have your required days booked in advance we can't promise that your day will be available at the last minute. Thanks so much for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you and your pooches. x
