Here is sweet baby Surprise, up close and personal 😍🥰 (And a little guessing game)

Now, if you've noticed, we've been calling Surprise she, her, babygirl....the truth is, we've went back and forth on if we think boy or girl. 🔎🤔

At i4, we thought boy. But then at the i5 moult, we saw bronze chels, and Paige thought she saw red in them. And then she noticed that some of the orange was turning white. So then we thought boy again. But we couldn't get past the chels being bronzey (and maybe red).

Well, today I put Surprise under my ring light, and they aren't bronze at all, they are GREEN! 💚 (Though girls CAN have green chels also)

Since Surprise has been absolutely full of surprises for us (pun intended) we decided to let you guys play a guessing game on if you think Surprise is a boy, or girl. 🩷🩵

We've determined the answer ourselves (though knowing Surprise, they could throw a curveball at us again 😅)

Look who arrived today! 😁🥳

Ok so there are barely any pictures of Surprise in these, but that's because I plan to do a three-part reveal. First, I needed to show off this adorable packaging from Fluffy Jumpers. This little heart 💜 bag is so cute, and I adore the heart pot as well.

Also, a big, huge thank you to Paige for saving these moults for me 🖤🩶🫶 She knew that I save all of our spider's moults to track their growth, so I sent her one of my moult trackers with a decor pack she ordered from me, and I was shocked to see that she managed to get every single moult from i2!

The box arrived in pristine condition (not that Paige has any sway in that Royal Mail does love a good game of football ⚽ with their parcels, don't they? 😅). And Surprise was all snug and cozy in a hammock 🛏️, which makes me feel like the vibrations from the journey were not too bad a bother.

In about an hour or so, I will have a video of Surprise. After that, I will have some pictures.

We are so glad to have this little baby home. I didn't sleep a wink last night while waiting 😂🤣
