Due to low entries in the dressage competition we have had to make another change.

Friday 19th June will now be a ‘Riding to music evening’ 🐎🎶

4pm - 5pm Dressage:

Dressage to music

5pm - 6pm
Quadrille

Individual times will be available nearer to the date.

The recent photographs are of our last load to Ukraine! We can’t tell you how much this has been appreciated.
Sadly the volunteers in Poland and Ukraine have diminished over the last four years since the war began in 2022.
So after 11 trips including 3 donated vehicles we are having to call time on our Ukrainian efforts.
Paddy and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We thank everyone who has donated precious gifts essential items, clothes and money.

OWN A HORSE WEEK!!

What a successful week we had with 12 riders who all ride brilliantly and made massive improvements in their riding skills and confidence.
We enjoyed a fantastic visit from Hampshire Horse Agility and a very interesting talk with Simon Curtis on different types of remedial horse shoes.
Finally on Friday we ventured to Dorset show ground where we practiced clear round jumping.

Today we said a fond farewell to Cormac as he begins his next chapter with Lucinda and Ellie Fredricks, after passing his 5 stage vetting with flying colours!!

Ger and Mirabel purchased Cormac in August last year and are extremely proud to see the progress he has made in such a sort space of time, having never competed before to now competing at both british showjumping and british dressage. Both Ger and Mirabel’s dedication to this horse and the sport have been inspiring.

Ellie Fredricks who competed for Great Britain in young rider championships and now represents Australia at 4* level as she furthers her career as an international event rider. A lot of you may know Ellie’s mother, Lucinda Fredricks who competed at 5* level for a number of years for both Great Britain and Australia. During this time she won team silver at the 2008 Beijing olympics!!!

Those of you who have been lucky enough to ride him really know what a special horse he is!

We know a lot of people will be sad to see him leave us but we look forward to seeing him progress in his eventing career.🏆🏆
