We are a well established family-run farm shop who have been serving the needs of local small animal and livestock owners from our premises at Beaulieu Farm for 20 years.A large variety of feed and bedding for a wide range of pets at competitive prices.

Change of opening hours:
From the 30th June 2025 we will now be closing at 5:30pm in the week.
For those customers who do prefer to visit later in the day we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused but with the ongoing saga of the roadworks at the Queensway Gateway Project it seems that very few people are willing to brave the traffic at that time of day.
As always if you are delayed or need something urgently give us a call and we'll try our best to help.

Phew – that’s another season done, all hay and straw finally stacked in the barn!
As ever a real team effort, thank you to friends, family & colleagues for their outstanding efforts!

The mowers and the balers
The turners and the rower-uppers
The carters and the stackers (special mention – stacking small bales into the barn in hot & humid conditions – not fun!)
The menders & the welders (getting us out of trouble with the inevitable breakdowns)
The drink makers and the lunch bringers
And many others too numerous to mention
And finally, last but not least a big thank you to the long-suffering families, partners and wives, who have to deal with a summer long obsession with hay, the constant 5 minute checking of 3 weather apps looking out for the next shower, and a trail of hay from the front door through the rest of the house to the washing machine – we couldn’t do it without you – thank you!
