We've been out and about again! 🚙

Over the past couple of weeks Greenside have been on tour with Andy and Aimee talking at the Vet Trust Conference in Stirling, and Katie lecturing to physiotherapy students in Nottingham.
We are very passionate about what we do, and love the opportunity to share with the wider profession. ❤️🤓

Say hello to our vet Suzy 👋
Suzy joined Greenside back in 2021, leaving her home town of Glasgow to settle in the Borders 🏡
As well as offering regenerative medicine; Suzy provides acupuncture, runs our social media, mentors our visiting vet students, is our cat advocate and is all too often tasked with looking after our staff pets too! 🐱❤️
While we love working with Suzy, it is important that we keep her fed and watered as she is known to get ‘hangry’ when her energy levels deplete 😠🍫🥪

A new team member? 🐱

This cheeky chap, Leon, was happy to make himself at home at Andy's desk during his visit. 🤓
Leon belongs to our Patient Care Assistant, Leanne. At nearly 16 years old he's in need of a little help to keep him mobile, so has been coming to work with his mum for some laser and acupuncture.

We think he's after Andy's job... Would your pet rather see Andy or Dr Leon at their next visit? 😂

Everyone say hi to our vet Cat (Catherine) 👋 and her lovely pup Eris 🐶

While you may not see Cat too much around the practice, rest assured she is hard at work behind the scenes! 😎
Cat handles our new enquires so is often the first one of our team to answer any questions and guide you through the referral process at Greenside 📞
Cat also handles all our insurance claims- not a job for the faint hearted! But very necessary so we can continue to do what we do. 🤩

Last week some of our team popped down to the Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance (VOA) Congress in Loughborough. 🦴👩‍🎓
Over this 2 day event the team were able to soak up new knowledge on all things arthritis, and share our work within the world regenerative medicine with Russell presenting 3 lectures 🤓

Events like this keep our team up to date so we can continue to provide the best possible treatment for all our wonderful patients ❤️🐶🐱

💚 Meet The Team Monday 💚

Say hello to Aimee 👋 Our clinical nursing manager.

It’s hard to define Aimee’s job role as she’s involved in so many aspects of the running of Greenside Referrals! 🙋
She organises our rotas and holidays, co-ordinates new referrals, leads our networking, manages our marketing, is in charge of recruitment, arranges our CPD evenings, orders our stock and still finds time for clinical work! Oh, and did I mention she has recently completed her diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing? 👩‍🎓

We get tired just watching her! 😴

Aimee loves welcoming all our patients with her bubbly energy (and squeaky voice!) and making the vets a fun place for them ❤️
