We work by appointment only and take bookings via email or phone calls! Kindly note, we generally only respond to enquiries on our work days.

In your first email enquiry, please include your dog’s name, breed, age, grooming history, and what kind of groom you’re looking for. We’d appreciate if you could send us a photo of your dog too! This information makes it smoother to book your dog in and give you a more accurate quote. If you’re calling us, we can discuss these things on the phone! Please note, we unfortunately cannot groom any banned breeds restricted under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (including: American XL Bullies, Pit Bull Terriers, etc.).
To secure your booking, we require a £20 deposit for all appointments. This will be done during the booking process via bank transfer. This can be taken off the total price of your groom or if you’d like to rebook on the day we will transfer it to your next appointment. If you’d like to cancel or move your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice. If we aren’t given sufficient notice we’ll retain your deposit and you’ll have to pay a new one for your next appointment. All deposits for no-shows will be retained.
Please make sure to arrive at your appointment time, no earlier or later - if you are any later than 15 minutes we will consider this a no-show and you will lose your deposit. This is because lateness affects every following appointment we have.
For payment we take card but also take cash if it is the accurate total as we do not keep a cash float. Please note, if we find any matting in your dog’s fur, there will be a £5-£15 matting fee (depending on the severity) on top of the full price of the groom.
