Happy birthday to Bruno ❤
Photos in reverse order again as I love it when a dog says 'yep, I'm done so I'm having a snooze.'
Bruno, originally from Romania, was delightful, very confident to explore from the word go and reminded of my Mr O, a very calm and methodical searcher. He came to visit as a birthday treat, and he certainly enjoyed his visit.
Thank you to his lovely mum for bringing him.

Molly ❤
I do love a Molly Dog visit! She is very keen to get in, explore, find treats, and then have a snooze on the sofa whilst me and her lovely mum continue chatting!
Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Rowan ❤
Photo overload as they are all just simply stunning! Thank you to Sarah for sending these over after she had a private visit with her special dog Rowan.
Sarah said of her visit: "That was absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much for creating such a magical space. We do lots of freework and enrichment but this is something else!"
Thank you Sarah, I am so glad you and Rowan had a good time. ❤
If you have a dog who is worried by strangers you are more than welcome to visit The Secret Dog Garden for a private visit where it is just you and your dog, just let me know.

Mia ❤
I've had the privilege of seeing this beautiful young lady again. I love Mia, she is very special, and thankfully she remembered me and was just as excited to see me too! On my second pop in she even allowed me to put her harness on and venture out for a few minutes (literally), plus she was brave enough to investigate a random chair someone had left outside their house. Well done Mia x

This evening it was Mr Moussaka's turn for a sniff about in the cool of The Secret Dog Garden, whilst the wild child Baldrick had a treat search in the front garden.
(A year ago I gave Baldrick an egg box with a bit of bacon in it and he looked at me like 'what do I do with this?' He's got the hang of it now!)

When it's too hot to walk the dog ...
This morning Mr Moussaka and Baldrick enjoyed chewing on antlers smeared with liver paste, before having a nice long sleep. Later in the day Mr Moussaka had a shared enrichment experience in the shade of the front garden with his friend Daisy the cat, whilst Baldrick visited The Secret Dog Garden which was lovely and cool (the thermometer on the wall displaying 20 degrees).

Bodhie ❤
Photos are in reverse order of his visit as the best ones are of his happy face at the end!
It was great to see this super boy again, and he is looking good. He takes his mission very seriously, and has a good explore, and then when he is done he always comes and says thank you! You are a wonderful boy Bodhie and I always look forward to your visits with you and your lovely mum.

Lisa brings an alternative approach to care for your pets whilst you are at work or busy elsewhere, offering home enrichment sessions on a 1-2-1 basis giving your dog an opportunity to spend quality time on their own terms.
30 minute visits
These visits include a short sniff walk around your local area allowing the dog time to stop, sniff and explore, because we walk the dog for their benefit after all. This is followed by varying enrichment activities once home such as scent trails, novel items to explore and puzzle games tailored for your dog.
One hour visits
Longer visits include off-lead adventures to varying locations to stimulate interest and give your dog the opportunity to explore new smells and environments. No large group walks means less travel time for your dog, with multiple collection and drop off points, as well as individual attention and avoiding any potential stress. On return your dog will get to enjoy enrichment activities planned just for them, taking into account your dogs age, breed type and personality.
We get huge pleasure from planning the activities for your dog, and your dog gets a boredom buster designed just for them.
Providing quality mental stimulation and encouraging the dog’s natural behaviour is highly beneficial and can be just as tiring as physical exercise alone.
Contact us to find out more.
And don’t forget we provide care for your cat, your home, and you too if you are planning a trip away and will even make sure you have a fresh pint of milk in your fridge on the day of your return.
