Due to an increased number of missed appointments recently it is necessary to remind you of our terms.
The majority of our customers kindly notify us, reschedule or give us the opportunity to offer alternative dates or 'swop' if situations arise within 24 hours of your appointment meaning you're unable to attend. However we are no longer able to consider offering or holding future appointments to 'no show' customers unless outstanding fees are paid within 24 hours.
Automated system text / email reminders are never 100% reliable so please always double check your appointments, add to your diary or ask us to write them on a business card for you.
