Below are our Happiness Scores for April 2026 (names redacted) 🐾 I'm so proud of my wonderful team who once again earned a perfect score last month from the 53 rating we received 🫶🏻

As a reminder if you didn't see last month's post: After we complete a service, each customer is given the opportunity to share feedback on how they feel we have performed and rate us on a scale of:

😀 Great
😐 Ok
☹️ Not Good

Obviously not every customer uses this feature, but those who do provide us with useful insight into how we are performing.

A word of caution. It's Wild Garlic season! This stuff looks pretty, smells great and even tastes good too if you're into foraging. But did you know it is also toxic to dogs?

If you have a dog who has a habit of eating grass or chewing leaves, it would be best to give this stuff a wide berth!

WE ARE HIRING! 👇🏻 Are you an animal lover who enjoys spending time outdoors? Do you have a flexible schedule and a reliable vehicle? If so, you might be the perfect fit for Pinwheel Pets, a local pet care business that offers top notch dog walking, pet sitting services and more.

We are looking for new Animal Handlers to join our fantastic team to provide quality care to our furry clients.

AS A HANDLER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Picking up and dropping off dogs from their homes
- Walking dogs of various breeds, sizes, and personalities in a safe and professional manner
- Visiting and caring for various animals including cats, rabbits, chickens and more
- Following the instructions and preferences of clients
- Providing feedback and updates to clients after each service via our dedicated app
- Ensuring the health and well-being of the animals in your care.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL HANDLER, YOU WILL NEED:
- A full, clean driving licence and a reliable vehicle
- A passion for animals and a friendly, positive attitude
- A high level of reliability, punctuality, and responsibility
- A willingness to learn and follow the best practices of dog walking and pet care
- Flexibility to working hours - Generally between 09:00 - 15:00 on weekdays and some weekends
