This year we have had the absolute honour to have been asked to chaperone dogs at two of our customers weddings. The most recent occasion was for Lauren and Ben and we chaperoned the very handsome Oakley and Bodie. Lauren has very kindly let us share this video capturing them during the special day. We were so proud of them both, they stayed engaged with us despite seeing their Mum & Dad, we had no accidents or mishaps and they were both as good as gold.. in fact we are pretty sure they were the stars of the show (Sorry Lauren & Ben 🤭). We picked them up from home and they travelled with us to the venue, we settled them in with an opportunity to go to the toilet, gave them a quick brush and slobber check (IYKYK🤭) before they greeted guests. We were then seated at the end of the aisle ready for Oakley to make his big debut as Ring Bearer and he absolutely smashed it coming straight to Mum and Dad before settling with the Best Man at the front for the rest of the service. The boys did so well staying calm and engaged whilst being separated during the service. Finally a huge congratulations to both Lauren & Ben, we were so grateful to be included in your special day. 🤍💚💙

How we spent our 5 days off work. Of course with our own dogs 🤭 Exploring new walks, cafe stops, cattle desensitisation 😅 and of course dog training! 🤭🥰

Anyway we’re back at work tomorrow spending the day attending one of our wonderful customers weddings - chaperoning their dogs. (The best job in the world am I right?!😎)

We’ve had lots of messages from new people over the last few days and we are trying to keep up to date as quick as possible so please bear with us. 💚💙

Hello everyone - a bit of a different post today…
One of Gemma’s family members dogs has sadly started to have seizures. 😔He has been transferred to DWR for MRI’s and for them to investigate further as to the cause of them. Unfortunately the insurance isn’t going to cover all of the costs of this. We know money is tight for everybody at the moment but if you could spare even a couple of pounds they would be so grateful. Alternatively if you’re unable to donate please do consider sharing this post to increase visibility as this can go a long way in helping.
Boston is usually a happy little chap but at the moment he is very quiet and shut down. We are hoping we can get him treated and up and about again as soon as possible.
Boston (pug cross) is in the photograph here with Gemma’s dog Reuben (Spaniel). Reuben and Boston have been best friends since Reuben was 8 weeks old and they love each other. 🥺
Thanks again for reading.💙💚

We have had such a wonderful day at Rumburghs May Day Fete. We got to meet a huge amount of adorable doggos and had the hard job of choosing just 3 dogs as winners in each of the categories in our fun dog show. 🙈 We loved meeting each and every dog and hearing a little about their stories and antics. 🤭 We were so busy we struggled to take many photos - so if you did visit us today and captured any photos of the event or if your dog was one of our winners we would love to see photos of them with their rosettes. Here are a few we managed to capture!

Today’s the day! Sign up starts now. The show starts at 12pm. 🥰

✨Weekly wins!✨
We love to celebrate every win big or small our customers have. There’s always lots along the way but here are a few of our favourite wins of last week. It’s a long one but a goodie. 🤭

Little Denzel the Jack Russel did brilliantly this week on his training dog walk with Gemma. We’ve been working on his reactivity and anxiety - particularly focusing on his reactivity to Lorry’s, motorbikes and bikes. This week he looked at the trigger (a lorry) and immediately disengaged with it to offer engagement with Gemma. Instantly earning himself some cheese. 🤭 The first time he has offered the engagement without being prompted!

Miss Flo the poodle did fantastic out and about this week with her mum. Flo is super friendly and gets very excited meeting new people and dogs. This week they attended her first craft fair where she encounted lots of people, dogs and live music. She took it in her stride and was a very good girl. Although she was a very tired girl afterwards!

Miss Nellie has been to Norwich with her mum visiting several car show rooms. She was very well behaved- all of the staff fell in love with her! She settled fantastically and lapped up the attention. 🥰

This week two of our classes ventured to the lovely Gelato & Sorbetto for icecreams and settle training. Even the dogs got to try some! We are particularly proud of Forest (the greyhound cross) who is a bit of an other thinker and can struggle being around new dogs and people. He did so well and actually chose to settle down on a coat and doze off!!

Weekly wins for our boys 🤭 We were lucky enough to win a competition by the wonderful Heathers Hairee Hounds. Reuben and River were very pleased with their new snuffle mat and treats to try! Thanks ladies 🥰 Not only are these ladies fantastic groomers they also stock good quality dog kibble, tasty treats and some handmade tug toys and snuffle mats so worth a stop by to check them out!

Little Mulberry did fantastic in his second training 121 session. This session we introduced the fluffy toy to help teach recall, engagement and to drop items on cue. This also helps build a food and toy drive. Mulberry was a natural and took to retrieving the toy very quickly. We worked on him understanding to release the toy on cue which is perfect for puppies picking up anything and everything they shouldn’t 🤭

Reggie the doodle has been doing some fantastic heelwork which his Dad managed to capture a video of. Look at him walking on a loose lead with no treats! 🥰

We love hearing about wins you guys have with your dogs as well as moments that have made you proud- so please do keep sharing them with us as we love to shout about it from the rooftops 🥰

Proud dog trainers as always!

Figgy and her family have been busy introducing some training before she goes out into the big wide world. We’ve worked on engagement, introducing heelwork, socialisation and puppy mouthing to mention a few all before she starts a class setting! We can start puppy training 121s from 8 weeks in the comfort of your own home. 🥰 Drop us a message to find out more!
