Look at these happy faces 🥹🐾 (Except Rivers - no idea what’s going on in his brain. 🤭)
Although the majority of our classes are life skill based going out and about to proof our learning and expose the dogs to new environments. We do also go out on group pack walks so the dogs have an opportunity to be around different dogs from other classes and work on being neutral. Our two spaniels joined us on our most recent on lead pack walk for a stomp around Beccles Quay. It’s always so lovely seeing everybody chatting and catching up and for the dogs to enjoy a nice relaxed walk together. ❤️

We absolutely love your dogs like they’re our own. They’re the highlight of our day and the reason why we do the job we do. There’s nothing better than a nervous dog learning to trust you or being one of your customers dogs favourite people. We always make time to individually greet every dog at the start of every class. (Sometimes we remember to greet the humans too. 🤭) So to have lost not one but three lovely dogs over the last month has been absolutely devastating for us. Each of them such sweet dogs that we will miss dearly. So this post is for them and the wonderful memories we have of them. Ruby, Roddy and Zak. Gone but never forgotten. 💔🌈

🎡 📍 BECCLES CARNIVAL 📍🎪

This year we were asked to judge the fun dog show at Beccles Carnival thanks to the lovely team over at Heather's Hairee Hounds. The third dog show of 2026 we’ve had the honour of judging. A huge thank you to our lovely customers that came along to support us and enter the show. We met so many sweet dogs of all different shapes and sizes. Hopefully Beccles Carnival will have some photos of some of the lovely dogs during judging that will be shared soon.

A huge congratulations to our Best in Show winners (a sibling duo) Blue & Mister and our Reserve Best in Show Brea. 🏆

A huge thanks to the lovely Stacey and Nova who took this lovely photo of Nova posing with her prizes. 🤩

Unfortunately due to my health we won't be judging the Beccles Carnival dog show or taking part in the parade this year. But our friends Maddie and Gemma from The Dog Days Training Company will be judging the dog show tomorrow, we have given them a box full of goodies to hand out. 🥰💜

IT’S A RUFF TIME FOR DOG PROS ❤️

When it’s too hot to safely work, they put your dog first, but that often means losing their income.

Most are self-employed. No sick pay. No holiday pay. No guaranteed wage.

Then there’s fuel, insurance, CPD, equipment and all the other costs of running a responsible business. For many ethical dog pros, there really isn’t much left at the end of it.

And most won’t tell you that.

So if your dog pro has to cancel because of the heat, please support them where you can. Rebook, leave a review, recommend them or simply share their business.

They’re looking out for our dogs. Let’s look out for them too. 🐾❤️
