Due to the hot weather conditions along with warm baths and warm dryers can be too much for the dogs. We are activating our heatwave policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our furry clients.

In accordance with animal welfare guidelines, we will be closing the salon when the outside temperature exceeds 27⁰C. This precaution is necessary to prevent heat-related stress and potential health risks associated with grooming in high temperatures.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have a scheduled appointment, we will be in touch to reschedule for a cooler day.
