A very delayed post from my final visit with Lily 🐰💛

My apologies for the delay with this one!

Lily enjoyed a yummy snack during her lunchtime visit today and, as always, was an absolute delight to spend time with 🥰🐰

She even allowed me the privilege of giving her a very quick little stroke on her beautiful nose, something I will forever be grateful for 💛

As anyone who knows Lily will understand, being granted permission for nose fusses is a very special honour indeed 🤣

I shall definitely miss seeing those stunning fluffy ears of hers for a little while. They may just be the most magnificent ears I’ve ever had the pleasure of admiring 🥹✨

But thankfully it isn’t goodbye for long, and I’ll be seeing those gorgeous ears again soon 💛🐰

Milo’s lunchtime walk 🐾💛

Poor Milo is having a bit of a nightmare with his allergies at the moment, so he's currently sporting the Doughnut of Doom™ 🍩🤣

Thankfully, he gets a little bit of freedom from it while we're out on our walks.

Milo enjoyed his lunch before we headed out—although apparently I was required to hold it for him like the loyal servant that I am 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

We stuck to a road walk today and Milo showed off some absolutely lovely manners 🥰🐶

He sat patiently to cross roads, waited nicely for people to pass, and trotted along beautifully by my side.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Milo walk without at least one stubborn moment...

At one point he decided he really, really wanted to say hello to somebody, so he promptly laid down and refused to move 🤣💛

After a little negotiation, we continued on our way and finished off another lovely walk together.

Such a good boy, even if he is occasionally powered by stubbornness

Minnie’s non-stop morning 🐾💨💚

Minnie has had another completely non-stop morning today 🤣

This girl absolutely loves to run, sniff, explore, run some more… and then just when you think she might be slowing down, she finds another gear and keeps going 💨🐶

Getting Minnie to slow down is a challenge in itself!

Because of her adorable squishy face, breathing can be a little more difficult for her than some other dogs, so we always try to build in a few mini rest stops throughout our walks to give her a chance to catch her breath and cool down 🌿💛

Unfortunately, Minnie doesn’t always agree with this plan 🤣

We did manage a few little pauses along the way, complete with some treats and sniffing opportunities, before she was ready to zoom off again.

Safe to say this girl never does anything by halves and certainly knows how to make the most of her walk 🐾💚

A lovely start to the dog walks today with Teddy 🐾💛

What a lovely way to kick off the day with this handsome little guy.

Teddy enjoyed a nice relaxed Teddy-paced stroll, which I have to say is one of my favourite ways to start the morning ☀️🐶

In true Teddy fashion, there was plenty of time dedicated to a thorough sniffathon along the route. Every interesting scent received the full Teddy investigation treatment 👃🏻🌿

At one point he found a smell so fascinating that he practically lost his entire face to the floor trying to work it out 🤣

And the best part?

Teddy even treated us to a mini run this morning! 🥹💛

It was lovely to see him bouncing along, full of enthusiasm and enjoying himself.

A wonderful morning full of sniffs, smiles and a little burst of speed from this gorgeous boy 🐾

The perfect way to start the day 🐰💛

The perfect way to start the day… with those big fluffy ears and the sound of a bunny happily munching away 🥹🐰

Lily is a very special bunny. She has a medical condition which means she needs to eat every 12 hours, and it’s important to make sure she’s eating well and toileting normally too.

I’m pleased to report that Lily has been an absolute angel so far 💛

Not only has she been eating beautifully, but she’s made caring for her an absolute pleasure. She happily tucked into her breakfast herbs while providing the most relaxing soundtrack imaginable 🌿🐰

Honestly, I don’t think there’s a much better way to start the morning than watching a happy bunny enjoy her food 🥹✨

Such a gorgeous girl with the most incredible ears and an even more wonderful personality 💛🐾

Here’s the beautiful Lily enjoying some of her favourite herbs and living her best bunny life 🌿🐰

I could honestly sit and watch (and listen to) rabbits eating for hours. There’s just something so relaxing about it 🥹

Lily certainly seemed to approve of today’s selection, making short work of her yummy treats while looking absolutely adorable at the same time 💛

Raine to the rescue today 🐾🦸‍♀️

Not even 5 minutes into our walk and Raine found herself on rescue duty!

We came across a little Frenchie wandering around on his own, but thankfully he was soon reunited with his owner and everyone was safe and sound 💛🐶

With her good deed done for the day, Raine continued on her adventure.

Not long after, she spotted a discarded bottle and apparently decided she was part of the local litter-picking team 🤣🍾

She carried it around, threw it about and proudly paraded it along until we reached a bin where it could be disposed of properly.

Next up were her routine fence inspections 🕵️‍♀️

I'm pleased to report that all fences passed inspection and no suspicious activity was detected.

After that, Raine conducted a deep-dive bush investigation, disappearing head-first into the undergrowth in search of treasure, mystery creatures or perhaps snacks 🤣🌿

She emerged empty-mouthed, so whatever she was looking for clearly got away.

An eventful walk full of rescues, environmental clean-ups, inspections and investigations for this gorgeous girl 💚🐾

A lovely little drop-in for the beautiful Lily 🐰💛

Today I had the pleasure of spending some time with the gorgeous Lily 🥰

Lily enjoyed her lunchtime treats and, after much consideration, even allowed me a little fuss. Although with Lily there are rules… and the only approved fuss location is her nose 🤣🐰

I think Lily may also have the most amazing ears I’ve ever seen. They deserve a post of their own! 😍

After enjoying her treats and a little company, Lily settled down looking perfectly content and adorable as always 💛

Such a lovely little visit with this beautiful girl 🐰✨

People: “What do you do when you’re not working?”

Me: “Apparently wildlife rescue…” 🤣

This young crow was spotted moving strangely in a neighbour’s garden this evening. After playing crow security guard for a while, it was safely handed over to an experienced bird rescuer who works alongside an exotic vet.

Turns out the foot wasn’t missing after all, but it does look like the leg may need a splint.

Here’s hoping this little troublemaker is back to annoying the local neighbourhood soon! 🐦‍⬛❤️

Raine’s relatively chilled evening 🐾💛

Raine had a fairly relaxed evening…

Well, relaxed by Raine standards anyway 🤣

After a quick toilet break, it was time for some fuss and cuddles, which very quickly turned into a game of lazy tug of war 💪😂

For those wondering what lazy tug of war is, it’s where Raine lays down while tugging and expects me to do all the hard work 🤣🐶

Once tug of war was over, we returned to the important business of fusses before Raine got to work finding the last few hidden goodies in her snuffle ball 👃🏻🧠

We finished off the visit with a little lap around the block before heading back home where Raine was more than ready to settle down with her dinner 🍽️💛
